Understanding our personal needs can help us develop routines to help us maintain our resourcing as best as we can.
Consider:
• What can I do to best prepare myself for my day?
• What is supportive? Ex. More transition time, energizing snack, warm socks etc.
• Do I make time to honour my needs?
Taking time to be aware of your current resources may help you feel more confident in your tasks, knowing that you are able to adjust when a need arises.
Reminder – Your resourcing needs may change with major life transitions and / or the changes of seasons. Notice your growth, let go of past practices and welcome in the tools that are most supportive for this phase of your life.
