Why a Witch?

A friend asked, “But Nicole, what if it makes people uncomfortable?”

Some may not like it, but I do hope that it can start a conversation. When we accept ourselves fully, we can meet others and we can extend this connection to our environment. It sounds big and it is. To accept ourselves even if it is a bit uncomfortable.

Creative spaces have always been very special to me as they support my many many interests. At times the number of ideas felt like a hindrance, if I could only focus on one idea, I might get more done!

Some people share a specific gift their whole life, others shift multiple times. All gifts are necessary and valuable. So, mine must be too.

I am creative, playful, thoughtful, particular, and expansive. Through the Witch lens I am learning how step into my full form unapologetically.

To me a Witch does not fear transformation, is aware of their roles and knows how to step into them AND when to step back.

Through the MANY Witch archetypes, we can learn inclusivity, advocacy, personal agency, adaptability, courage, respect, honouring, inspiration, rebirth, ritual… the list goes on and on.

 I aim to encourage:

  • Embodied Awareness

  • Confidence

  • Compassion

  • Acceptance

  • Bravery

  • Discussion

  • Reflection

  • Ritual

I am evolving.

I meet who I am in the present with acceptance, knowing that I will continue to adjust tomorrow.

Today I choose to step (or twirl!) into my next role and the Witch hat fits.
