Every person experiences their practice in a unique way. Yoga teaches us to recognize when we are out of balance and to create awareness to move towards our individual equilibrium. We may practice to reset, rest, stabilize, flow or transform. We are dynamic individuals and as such we experience change moment to moment.

Why a Witch?
Some may not like it, but I do hope that it can start a conversation. When we accept ourselves fully, we can meet others and we can extend this connection to our environment. It sounds big and it is. To accept ourselves even if it is a bit uncomfortable.
